Office Hours
I am available to meet by appoint before and after school as my schedule permits. I am frequently in the office after school and you are welcome to stop in to meet with me but I prefer you make an appointment. The last five weeks of each quarter I can meet with students in the study hall room.

Letters of Recommendations:
In order for me to write a letter of recommendation you must complete the following:
1. Fill out the DUAA recommendation form and deliver a copy to my office mailbox.
2. send me an email to me stating your requesting it and include the following.
3. State your goals at this college or for this scholarship. State what your long term goals are.
4. What information or types of information do you want me to highlight?
5. Include an inside address (the reciepents address) (for the common application please list Common Application instead of an address) typed in a manner that it can be copied and pasted into my letter. Failure to include this properly disqualify you for a letter.
6. Allow up to two weeks for your letter to be sent.
7. Confirm via email that your letter was sent two weeks after the request.
